John Conidi, BBus, FCPA, is a serial entrepreneur and experienced investor focused on accelerating the broadscale adoption of next-generation technologies in Australia. In 2001 he co-founded the Radiology Group, which he sold to Capitol Health Ltd (ASX:CAJ). in an all scrip deal, in turn becoming Capitol Health’s major shareholder and Managing Director. He took Capitol from a $20m market capitalisation to over $500m in 2015. John has over 15 years of experience in developing, acquiring and managing businesses in the healthcare industry, and his vision and interest in artificial intelligence and machine learning led Capitol Health into a first-of-its-kind partnership with AI technology company, Enlitic [link http://www.enlitic.com/], in 2015. In addition to his role with 333D, John currently serves as Non-Executive Director for Kibaran Resources Limited [http://www.kibaranresources.com] and is a Director and cornerstone investor in The Guild [link: theguilded.org], a San Francisco-based start-up that utilizes algorithms to facilitate networking among women in business. John has also early stage funded two of Australia’s most successful companies, Airtasker and Expert 360.

Nathan Alison
Education Program Development Manager

Nathan has over 12 years experience teaching Digital Technologies at Middle and Senior school levels in Victoria. He is currently working as Head of IT at St Andrews Christian College, an independent P-12 school, alongside a position developing educational materials for Melbourne-based 3D printing company 333D. Over his years of teaching, Nathan has seen digital technologies such as coding, 3D modelling and 3D printing begin to find their place in the classroom. He is passionate about helping teachers and students to focus on the knowledge and skills that can be gained with these technologies, and to avoid the hassles, distractions and gimmicks that can accompany them.

Tim Naylor
Business Development Manager

Tim Naylor is Business Development Manager at 333D, finding new applications and industries for 3D printing technology. Tim has a Masters of Advanced Manufacturing Engineering from RMIT, focusing on 3D printing technologies, a Bachelor of Chemical Engineer (Honors 1st class) and a Bachelor of Arts from Monash University.
