Leveraging 3d printing technology we are creating a new generation of sport and entertainment merchandise: one that is tech-enabled, experience driven, hyper-personalised, and on-demand.
The key to our product line is 3d printing technology. Unlike traditional manufacturing processes, 3d printing is digitally-driven. It does not use tooling or moulds to cast objects, but instead shapes and forms raw materials into solids at the direction of a digital file. To produce a life-like figurine, we create a digital file from 50-100 high-definition photographs taken in our specially-designed camera system. The individual photos are rendered into one single 360-degree 3d data asset which then directs the robotics in our 3d printer to build the image layer by layer, in full-colour and high detail.
We work with highly value brands to utilise and commercialise the opportunities that 3d printing creates.
